Palm Heights Grand Cayman, the boutique resort known for its design-forward approach, has unveiled The Garden Club. This new outdoor wellness space spans a significant portion of the property, offering guests a blend of fitness, relaxation, and natural surroundings.
The resort describes it as a sanctuary for mind and body. The space is open to hotel guests and local members, reflecting a growing trend in hospitality toward integrated wellness experiences.
The Garden Club includes multiple yoga decks shaded by tropical foliage, a 25-metre lap pool, and several treatment rooms for massages and facials. A cold plunge pool and a sauna are also part of the setup.
A café serves smoothies, light meals, and fresh juices. The menu focuses on local ingredients and plant-based options. Guests can spend an entire day here moving, resting, and eating without leaving the club.
The design team used natural stone, teak wood, and whitewashed walls to blend the structures into the landscape. Open-air pavilions allow sea breezes to flow through, reducing the need for air conditioning.
Hammocks and daybeds are scattered around the garden. The overall feel is calm but not sterile — the resort wanted a place that felt like a natural extension of the Caribbean environment.
Luxury resorts across the Caribbean and beyond are investing heavily in wellness amenities. Palm Heights is positioning The Garden Club as a central feature of its guest experience, not an afterthought.
Management says the club is designed for both serious athletes and casual visitors. A schedule of daily classes includes sunrise yoga, pilates, and guided meditation. Personal trainers are available by appointment.
Palm Heights Grand Cayman continues to expand its offerings. The Garden Club is now open, and the resort expects it to become a key draw for travellers seeking a restorative escape.
